Little Bean Rewards – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Little Bean Rewards loyalty program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals aged 16 or over.
- Membership is free. No purchase is necessary to sign up.
- Only one account per person is allowed.
2. Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every eligible item purchased at Little Coffee Bean locations.
- Points are calculated on eligible products in each category.
- Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards or redeemed rewards.
- Points will be credited to your account at the time of purchase. In-store sign-up may be required.
3. Redeeming Rewards
- 10 points = 1 free drink within the category, subject to availability and exclusions.
- Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Points cannot be redeemed in combination with other promotions or discounts unless stated.
- Redemption must be made in-store at participating locations.
4. Points Expiry
- Points will expire 18 months after the date they are earned if not redeemed.
- Expired points cannot be reinstated.
5. Account Use
- Members are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their account.
- Little Coffee Bean is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your rewards or points.
6. Changes to the Program
- Little Coffee Bean reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Adjust the points structure, rewards, or terms of participation.
- We’ll do our best to communicate any significant changes in advance via our website or in-store.
7. Privacy
- By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your information will only be used to manage your rewards account and send relevant updates and offers.
8. Termination of Membership
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us.
- Little Coffee Bean reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership if misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms is suspected.
